„Vilties bėgimas“

Vilties bėgimas is a civic initiative aimed at fostering a culture of solidarity and hope to support cancer patients and their loved ones. The event takes place in the Old Town of Klaipėda and offers various distances from 0.2 km for children to a full marathon of 42.195 km. The run takes place on looped routes that allow participants to enjoy city views while contributing to an important social mission. It is a traditional event that unites athletes and the community for a common goal.

Participant registration is open online until May 29th at 21:00, with pre-registration and packet pickup in Klaipėda from May 28th to 30th. The event features special routes for children, seniors, people with disabilities, and their supporters. The start and finish are at Tiltų g. 26, Klaipėda. The event will be held on June 5, 2027, in Klaipėda, with the start point at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi. Registration is available online and on-site, and the event includes other activities related to health and social well-being.
