Resolution Run

Resolution Run 2026 is a fast and flat 5K run taking place on New Year's Day, January 1, 2026, at 10:15 AM in Galway city center. The route passes through the city center, starting from Claddagh, crossing Wolfe Tone Bridge, along Merchants Road and Docks, returning via Grattan Road and Promenade, finishing quickly at South Park, near Nimmos Pier. This route goes past most of the city's most famous landmarks. The race is AAI certified.
