Pasvalio maratonas

The Pasvalys Marathon is a traditional running event held in the city of Pasvalys. It aims to promote running among young people and adults and encourage a healthy lifestyle. The event takes place at the stadium in Pasvalys Culture and Recreation Park, where participants compete in the marathon, half-marathon, and children’s race. The course length and number of laps are adjusted for the different distances, with water and refreshment stations every 5 km. Participants receive prizes and commemorative medals, and the event is part of the Pasvalys City Festival “Vys par to ãlo” programme.

Race numbers are distributed from 8:00 at Pasvalys Stadium. The children’s 400 m race starts at 11:00. Participants must have a doctor’s permission or an application bearing a doctor’s approval; otherwise, they are responsible for their own health during the competition. Participants who finish within the time limit receive commemorative medals. Various distances are offered, and participants can look forward to medals, certificates, prizes, and refreshments.
