Race description
The “Krakės - Laiko ratu” running event is a traditional national race held in the town of Krakės, Kėdainiai District. The race welcomes everyone, from professionals to beginners and recreational runners, with a range of distances for different age groups. The start and finish are in the town centre, at Laisvės Square. The event is known for its friendly atmosphere and awards in various age categories. Participants are served traditional šiupinys, and wooden outdoor games by “LPA GAMES” are available during the event.

Race numbers are issued from 11:00. The opening ceremony and the 600 m “Pagauk gandrą” race begin at 11:30. All participants are served šiupinys prepared by the Krakės Community Centre. Wooden outdoor games by “LPA GAMES” are available during the event. Awards are given to age-group winners, the youngest and oldest participants, and the fastest 10 km runners. Advance registration is online, and the entry fee is paid by bank transfer. Various distances and age groups are available, with games and activities also taking place during the event.
