Bėgimas „Ateik ir įveik!", skirtas prof. K. Baršausko atminimui

The “Come and Conquer!” run is a traditional event organized by Kaunas University of Technology in memory of Prof. K. Baršauskas. Participants are invited to test themselves on a variety of running and walking routes, including a new 5 km run with dogs. It is a great opportunity to spend time actively, promote a healthy lifestyle, and take part in a community sports event. The race takes place at the KTU Stadium and in Ąžuolynas Park. Participants receive commemorative medals, with prizes awarded by age group.

Event schedule: race bib collection from 10:30 to 11:50; 10 km run starts at 12:00; 5 km run, run with dogs, and walk start at 12:10; 200 m children’s race starts at 13:40; awards ceremony at 13:55. Registration is free for members of KTU sports teams. The entry fee is transferred to the Lithuanian Association of Amateur Runners’ account. Transfer of a participant’s race bib is prohibited. Awards are given to the KTU faculty/administrative unit team with the highest participation, as well as to the youngest and oldest participants. Routes: running and walking; age groups: children under 12, adults; online registration until September 18; the entry fee is transferred to the Lithuanian Association of Amateur Runners.
