Backyard Ultra Pasaulio čempionatas

The Backyard Ultra World Championship is a unique off-road running event where runners must complete a 6.7 km loop every hour until only one runner remains. The race takes place on hilly, off-road courses that demand endurance and determination. It tests both physical and mental stamina, and there is always only one winner. Trailo Kalvė organizes the event with special attention to course quality and the participant experience, inviting runners to test themselves and push their limits.

The race takes place during the cold season, most often on Sundays. Participants receive a Trailo Kalvė running headband when they register for the first time that season. Medals are awarded only for exceptional achievements, not at every stage. Around 15 athletes will take part in the event; courses range from 5 km to 60 km; free training sessions are offered; medals and souvenirs are given away; the event aims to break records for completing 100 miles in 24 hours; it has been organized since 2022.
