Trail Kursiu Nerija #TKN

Trail Kuršių Nerija #TKN is a wonderful trail run in the Curonian Spit, Lithuania, offering a range of distances from a 1 km children’s course to an extreme 104 km. The event delights participants with its unique views, sandy trails, and the option to run or walk at their own pace. It’s a great opportunity to experience the beauty of nature and spend active time with family or friends. The event welcomes all running abilities and age groups.

The 10 km course has 76 m of elevation gain and is limited to 400 participants. The children’s 1 km course is limited to 200 participants and includes a run with an entertainer in a heated tent. Participants in the 10 km course must bring an ID document and a charged mobile phone or watch with the course GPX file. After the finish, participants are offered showers, a massage, porridge, tea, a national park ticket, and outdoor games for children. The event centre has a warm tent and a luggage storage area. The TKN AFTER PARTY runs until 01:30; the last ferry to Klaipėda departs at 02:20. The event offers various distances, including children’s races and ultramarathons, with aid stations, GPX tracking, medals, and post-race events. Registration closes in mid-September.
